The Student Affairs Development Office is dedicated to establishing new gift programs and supporting current initiatives of the Division. The office is charged with directing, guiding, and leading the Division’s private fund raising activities and is responsible for the development efforts of sixteen departments within Student Affairs. We work closely with parents‚ alumni‚ student groups‚ corporations‚ and the campus Development Office to promote and enhance the programs and activities available to UT students.
Serving, supporting and challenging our students is what we do. Today and in the fUTure, Student Affairs will work closely with students to enhance leadership opportunities, promote interaction and familiarity among all diverse groups, ethnic, international and political perspectives, support healthy habits and lifestyles, and provide outstanding career counseling and post-graduate opportunities.
When you make a gift to Student Affairs, you have great flexibility in determining how the funds will be used and many options for providing and submitting your gift.
Unrestricted contribUTions to Student Affairs allow us to allocate funds wherever the need is greatest and to take advantage of unique opportunities as they arise. Your unrestricted contribution may be used to support programs such as tutors for students who require academic support, financial aid for students to attend conferences and leadership retreats, subsidies for students who need financial assistance to participate in new student orientation and transition programs, student emergency funds and much more.
