Case Management Roundtable

The Case Management Roundtable is an opportunity to meet with peers to pursue the shared goals of establishing best practices, building our support network and discussing topics of interest.
Sessions will include:
- Presentation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
- The Role of FERPA in relation to Case Management Teams
- Round Table discussion by participating members of UT’s Case Management Team
- Breakouts for Dean of Students and Counseling Center Case Managers
- Dialogue on establishing a National Association
- SAMSHA grant writing information
- Open forum discussion on hospitalization, continuum of care, withdrawal procedures, resource networks and other areas of interest
We are also compiling documents that will be provided to you as an electronic “take home” reference. Please send the following documents (in Word) as an attachment to ashleyblamey@utk.edu:
- Case Manager Job Description
- Organization Chart
- Standard Forms (Example: Withdrawal, Release of Information, Case Management Meeting Agenda, etc)

We are currently holding 20 rooms specifically for the Case Management Roundtable. Please reference UTCMR when you contact to reserve your room. The hotel is providing a special rate for the standard guest room (two queen beds) at $84.00 per night.
Van transportation will be provided from the hotel to the Roundtable and return to the hotel
